29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) 229 S. Broad Street, Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, 17740 - Two employees were observed performing roofing and siding work on a commercial building from a homemade platform that was raised approximately 20 feet high by a JLG All-Terrain Forklift, which was not specially designed by the manufacturer, exposing both employees to a fall hazard, on or about July 7, 2021. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQURED
