29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:   On or about July 7th , 2021 at 8361 NW 41 ST at Folio Number 35-3022-040-7410 in City of Doral, FL 33166, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on an aerial lift that was not inspected by the employer to ensure all required personal protective equipment (PPE) was used.
