29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical exposure hazards while performing job related duties at the worksite.  This was most recently documented on or about July 12, 2021 involving a jobsite located at 201 Orin St., Gordon NE.  The employer is not ensuring that Safety Data Sheets are readily accessible and that employees are familiar as to how to obtain them at all times during each work shift.  In the event of accidental exposure, first aid may not be able to be determined or it may be delayed without the availability of SDSs.
