29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. On or about July 20 , 2021 the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from falling approximately 10-15 feet to the ground below while removing and installing greenhouse roof panels. Employees were exposed to an opening in the roof area panels which were 6' wide and 39' in length. The L.L. Klink Greenhouse Solutions Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204711 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 5941 S Noland, Kansas City, MO 64136 .
