29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Chin Garcia Construction, LLC located at building 7, Highpointe Lakes Drive, WESTERVILLE, OH 43081:  On and preceding July 20, 2021,  the controlling employer did not ensure that employees performing framing work throughout the building were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system at all times when they were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet.  Framers were exposed to falls exceeding 40 feet when working on balconies and near unprotected window openings without utilizing any form of fall protection.
