The employer required employees to wear HDX Particle N95 Respirator Masks for designated job tasks, such as sweeping and demolition,  while completing work at 850 E 72nd Street in Cleveland, Ohio.

The employer required employees to wear a HDX Particle N95 Respirator Mask for designated work duties.

The employer required employees to wear 3M half face respirator 6000 series and 3M N-95 #8511 for designated job tasks.

29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION/CONDITION) (DESCRIBE HAZARD)  On or about August 3, 2021, employees working at 850 E. 72nd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44103, were required to wear HDX N95 Respirators while sweeping and doing demolition. The employer did not ensure that employees did not have facial hair that would interfere with the seal between the facepiece and the face.
