29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii): Midrails, screens, mesh or equivalent structural members shall be installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform:    a)  On or about August 7, 2021, employees were working from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform without the midrail installed between the top rail of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
