29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Barnes House: On or about August 10, 2021, an employee was exposed to head injuries from impact due to not wearing a hardhat while working in proximity to an area where roofing material was falling from heights of approximately 20 to 30 feet.
