29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) On or about August 26, 2021, at 3850 Millstone Parkway, Saint Charles, Missouri 63301, TNT Crust, LLC had not ensured that the ingoing nip points for the Dough Rounder (Benier Rounder Model C05MMV) were guarded. Employee(s) were exposed to ingoing nip points when they cleaned the machine during operation.
