OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees including injuries fire and explosion hazards:  a)	At Epting Distributors, located at 112 Central Junction Blvd, Savannah, GA 31405, On or about August 31, 2021, employees smoke within 25ft of propane tanks in storage, thereby exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.   Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to prohibit smoking within 25 feet of outdoor storage or dispensing areas of propane.

The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.  a.
