29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) At 1809 Staley Ave, Savannah, GA on or about January 3, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer  exposed employees to fire hazards in that one fire extinguisher, which employees were trained and were expected to use in the event of an incipient stage fire, was blocked by materials in Warehouse 2 near the bathrooms.  b) At 1809 Staley Ave, Savannah, GA on or about January 3, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer  exposed employees to fire hazards in that one fire extinguisher, which employees were trained and were expected to use in the event of an incipient stage fire, was blocked by materials in Warehouse 1 near the loading dock.  c) At 1809 Staley Ave, Savannah, GA on or about January 3, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer  exposed employees to fire hazards in that one fire extinguisher, which employees were trained and were expected to use in the event of an incipient stage fire, was blocked by materials in Warehouse 1 near the middle of the facility on the wall that separates Warehouse 1 & 2.
