29 CFR  1910.151(c): When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a.  Third floor Service Room: Emergency eyewash facilities were not provided in the immediate work area for employees using Oasis 299 disinfectant, a corrosive. Employees were exposed to corrosive burns to the eyes.  b. Ninth floor Service Room: Emergency eyewash facilities were not provided in the immediate work area for employees using Oasis 299 disinfectant, a corrosive. Employees were exposed to corrosive burns to the eyes.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1)(i):The employer's written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace.  A list of the hazardous chemicals to include Oasis disinfectants and cleaners used at the worksite had not been developed.  Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
