29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1):  The employer did not utilize signs and devices to protect workers at points of hazard in construction areas.  a) On NY State Route 96, on or about 9/16/2021 The employer did not utilize signs and devices, such as a shadow vehicle with signage, to protect a worker tasked to relocate a slow moving Graco V3900 Line Sprayer approximately 4 miles from a storage area to an active work zone along the travelled way.
