Employees using the saw were observed generating dust while cutting into concrete containing silica, on or about 9/29/21.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
