29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2):  Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  a) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet as they were cutting and laying block on scaffold frames that were not bearing securely on mudsills that were anchored and in good condition.  Violation was observed on or about April 27, 2021  b) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet as they were cutting and laying block on scaffold frames that were bearing on unstable footings. 29 CFR  1926.451(g)(2):  The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds:  a) Work site was located at Bauer Field House, 511 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph, NJ 07869  An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 35 feet to construction debris and hard ground below as he disassembled a scaffold section without fall protection.   Violation was observed on or about April 27, 2021
