The panel, used  to control 480-volt power to the Piranha Hydraulic presses, was blocked by items such as but not limited to bundles of angle iron in storage. In this condition, employees are exposed to trip hazards and obstructions  inhibiting prompt de-energization of equipment in the event of an emergency.
