29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 10/18/2021, Gustavo Angel Cabrera-Marquez was removing roofing materials from a roof of a residential building located at 209 Marble Bluffs Boulevard in Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   Gustavo Angel Cabrera-Marquez, the owner, and three employees were observed working on the 6/12 sloped roof, approximately seventeen feet above the ground, without utilizing fall protection.  Gustavo Angel Cabrera-Marquez was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535699,  citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/10/2021, with respect to a workplace located 506 Meadow Field Court in Wentzville, MO.
