29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication  program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At a worksite located at 429 Kaylea Drive in Lee's Summit, MO 64081: Employees were exposed to toxic or hazardous substances. Workers were using Grip-Rite Subfloor Adhesive to apply plywood subflooring to the structure. This could expose employees to physical and health hazards that include but are not limited to flammable liquid and vapor, respiratory tract, and skin irritation. The material was last used on or about October 19, 2021, and at times prior to.

29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a worksite located at 429 Kaylea Drive in Lee's Summit, MO 64081: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Workers were framing a new residential building with workers working under other workers and manually lifting large trusses without head protection. This could expose employees to physical hazards that include head injuries by being impacted by falling or flying objects. This was observed last on October 19, 2021.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye/face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases, or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  At a worksite located at 429 Kaylea Drive in Lee's Summit, MO 64081: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Workers were framing a new residential building with pneumatic nail guns and without the use of eye protection. This could expose employees to physical hazards that include severe eye injuries by being impacted by flying objects. This was observed last on October 19, 2021.
