29 CFR  1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:    a) Abbot Ave and Pleasant View Terrace, Ridgefield, NJ: The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline was used to fuel the Stihl circular saws on the jobsite, on or about 10/22/2021.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) Abbot Ave and Pleasant View Terrace, Ridgefield, NJ/Interior Stairs: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to a basement from a first floor from an interior stairway that was not equipped at least one handrail, on or about 10/22/2021.  b) Abbot Ave and Pleasant View Terrace, Ridgefield, NJ/Exterior Stairs: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while working from an exterior stairway that was not equipped with at least one handrail, on or about 10/22/2021.
