29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about October 27, 2021, and at times prior thereto, an employee performing framing activities was not provided fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately eleven (11) feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about October 27, 2021, and at times prior thereto,  the employer did not provide a training program with hazard recognition and avoidance training where part of the job is to be exposed to fall hazards at a heights over 6 feet to the ground below.   Employees were performing framing activities up to approximately eleven (11) feet without fall protection.
