29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) New River Health - Scarbro located on 908 Scarbro Road Scarbro, WV 25917: On October 25, 2021 snake repellant which contained Naphthalene was dispersed in the crawl space area below the office space. Employees of the office space were affected by the smell of the snake repellent and were not provided effective information and training on the new hazard that was introduced into their work space.
