29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Blow Line, B-2; On or about November 1, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards in that employees were allowed to operate blower #2 machine in which the jacket of the power cord coming out of the utility box was pulled back on the connector.
