OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that exposed were struck by hazards.  a) Worksite -  Mastic Beach Library Annex, 369 Neighborhood Road, Mastic Beach, NY . Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling roof trusses during the installation, positioning and securing process; On or about November 4, 2021, the roof trusses were not being adequately braced as their installation progressed.  Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
