29 CFR  1915.73(d):When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1).  a)	Ramp stairs leading to the dry dock, 78 Riverside Drive Columbus, KY.  On or about November 5, 2021, and at times prior to, unguarded edges exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 9 feet.

On or about November 5, 2021, and at times prior to, fire extinguishers were not inspected.
