OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees 29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(vi): The employer did not require that the operator of crane(s) avoid carrying loads over people: On or about November 9, 2021, GSE Shop, employees were exposed to struck-by while using the Maxlift 300T magnet. Employees were operating the magnet in a manner in which was not specified by the manufacture resulting in a partial finger amputation.
