On or about 11/30/2021, employees including, but not limited, to a carpenter was cutting concrete with a walk-behind concrete saw and overexposed to an 8 -hour time weighted average of respirable crystalline silica at 106.6 micrograms per cubic meter or 2.1 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 micrograms per cubic meter for the 341 minute sampling period. A zero increment was included for the 139 minutes not sampled.   b) Aldi Warehouse, 300 NY 281, Tully, NY - Cold Storage Area. On or about 11/30/2021, employees including, but not limited to, a foreman was cutting concrete with a walk-behind concrete saw and overexposed to an 8 -hour time weighted average of respirable crystalline silica at 59.1 micrograms per cubic meter or 1.2 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 micrograms per cubic meter for the 350 minute sampling period. A zero increment was included for the 130 minutes not sampled.
