29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(iv): The employer did not ensure employees always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position.  a) 103 South Bay Road, North Syracuse, NY  13212 - In the basket of an aerial lift, on or about 5/16/23, an employee was standing on the midrails of an aerial lift basket elevated to approximately 40 feet from the ground. The employee reached over the top of another employee and applied lateral force onto the tree the second employee was cutting with a chain saw.
