29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall protection system. On or about December 2, 2021, at Wiesner Automotive and Accessory Store located in Conroe, Texas, an employee was exposed to fall hazard while working on the roof with unprotected sides and edges without a personal fall arrest system.
