At a commercial worksite located at 8230 N Hickory St, KC MO -- Employees engaged in roofing duties were not wearing eye protection. This exposed employees to struck by hazards in that nails and debris could have struck their eyes. This was documented on or about 12/09/2021.

29 CFR  1926.852(a):Material was dropped to points lying outside the exterior walls of the structure which had not been effectively protected:  At a commercial worksite located at 8230 N Hickory St, KC MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were tearing off shingles and disposing of them by tossing them to the ground. The distance was greater than 25 above ground level. This exposed employees working on the ground and patrons of the apartment building to struck-by hazards in that there was no chute onsite and/or being used. This was documented on or about 12/09/2021.

This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 25 above ground level. This was documented on or about 12/09/2021.
