29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a) Lokal Communities, LLC as a controlling employer, failed to ensure that employees of Nehemias Perez-Lopez Construction, LLC, framing subcontractor, were protected from jobsite hazards due to the lack of effective frequent and regular inspections being conducted by a competent person. This violation was recently observed on December 22, 2021 at 1976 S Holly Street in Denver, Colorado.  Hazards that workers were exposed to include falls of greater than 6 feet during roofing work without any method of fall protection and eye injury by not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns.
