29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):  The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for effective frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  a) Virginia Village, 2048 South Holly St., DENVER, CO: On or about October 25, 2023,and at times prior, Lokal Communities LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that Villanueva Construction Corp and their subcontractors of JECM Construction LLC were protected from falls in that employees were exposed falls of approximately 21 feet while conducting framing operations. The controlling employer did not perform effective frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).
