29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a) Jobsite, 106 Turnberry Circle, Latrobe, PA: On or about January 19, 2022, employees work on the roof of trailers everyday at heights of approximately 10.5 feet above the ground and are not provided with fall protection. b) Jobsite, 106 Turnberry Circle, Latrobe, PA: On December 29, 2021, an employee was building a shelving unit approximately 9.5 feet above the ground, was not protected from falling and suffered an injury when the platform he was working on fell and he grabbed the uprights to avoid falling to the floor.
