29 CFR  1910.1053(f)(2)(i):  The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan:  a) 551 Old Swede Road, Douglassville, PA 19518 - Knock out area - The employer did not establish a written exposure control plan for employees working with Silica based sand in the Knock out area who were exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 36 �g/m3, which is above the prescribed action level, on or about January 27, 2022.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
