29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) 551 Old Swede Road, Douglassville, PA 19518, on or about November 21, 2025 - Employees were exposed to unguarded pinch points on a custom manufactured machine, locally know as the "Knock-out", which is comprised of a Toku TB-90, Air Concrete Breaker and a lifting table.  The lifting table, and its pedestal, were not guarded to prevent the operator from having any part of the body in the danger zone while placing parts into position on the pedestal and while unloading the machine.  Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
