The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.  a) Shipping area; On or about January 27, 2022 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to slip/trip hazards in that the walking/working surfaces in the shipping area around where wet processes where in use was not kept free from standing water/soap and leaking hydraulic oil.
