29 CFR  1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a.) FXI, Inc; hallway between office/production area; - On or about 1/25/22, and at times prior thereto, water was leaking through the roof and onto a 480/277 volt electrical panel box .   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.    a.) FXI, Inc. - On or about 1/25/22, and at times prior thereto, the floors in several areas of the facility including, but not limited to, production areas and front office hallways, were periodically wet due to water leaking through the roof.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
