29 CFR  1910.1053(d)(3)(i): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to assess the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee on the basis of one or more personal breathing zone air samples that reflect the exposures of employees on each shift, for each job classification, in each work area:  On or about July 12, 2022, and days prior to, at the jobsite 931 NW 12th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, the employer did not assess Respirable Crystalline Silica exposure of employees who were exposed to respirable crystalline silica at an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of �g/m3 of 26.38  �g/m3 which is in excess of the Action Level of 25 �g/m3.
