29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service, and were not being placed in service if the examination showed any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. Such examination were not made at least daily. At 14090 Riverport DR, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 - On or around February 16, 2022 employees of Hunter Engineering Company were exposed various hazards associated with not performing daily examinations on Toyota Model 8FBE2OU, Big Joe CB-22-128, and Hyster E40HSD electric powered industrial vehicles such as shocks, bruises, broken bones or other injuries associated with a malfunctioning vehicle.
