29 CFR  1910.28(b)(11)(i):  The employer did not ensure that each employee exposed to an unprotected side or edge of a stairway landing that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected by a guardrail or stair rail system.  (a) Laser Area- On or about March 4, 2024, the stairs that are 4 feet or more above a lower level did not have a mid-rail as part of the standard stair rail system exposing employees to a fall hazard.
