29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1)(i):The employer's written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace.  (a) 2402 G Avenue, Newport News, VA 23602: On or about 2-17-22, and times prior thereto, employees had exposure to cleaning and sanitizing chemicals in janitor closet 110, which the employer had failed to ensure that the list of hazard chemicals known to be present at the workplace was maintained.   Abatement is required within 10 days of receipt.
