29 CFR  1910.1025(h)(1):29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  On or about March 3, 2022 the employer did not ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead, in that lead contamination was found at 10.496 ug on the vending machine within the breakroom. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with lead through ingestion such as, but not limited, headaches, fatigue, abdominal pain, and possible lead poisoning.
