29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1):When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from another scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used: 604 Main St., Holyoke, MA: On or about March 15, 2022, an employee was observed climbing between levels on a welded, tubular steel prefabricated scaffold system by climbing on the integrated sections of the scaffold that are not designed for climbing. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19 (d)(1).
