29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift.  On or about March 14, 2022, on the east side of the building, in various areas employees performing painting work in an aerial lift without fall protection. A) SouthEastside middle of the building.  B) The corner of Tchoupitoulas St and Andrew Higgins Northwest corner of the building.
