1926.1060(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained by a competent person which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairs, and the procedures to follow to minimize those hazards.  21 Deck Drive, Myerstown PA  17067 - On or about March 31, 2022, employees were utilizing both extension and A frame ladders to conduct work without having been trained on the hazards of the ladder, how to inspect the ladders or how to properly set up the ladders, exposing employees to a fall hazard.  Corrected During Inspection - No Abatement Required
