On or about April 16, 2022 at 4015 N. Piccadilly Ct. An employee was observed using a pneumatic nail gun without any eye protection exposing the employee to serious eye injury. Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a.) Location: 4015 N Picadilly Ct, Aurora, CO 80019: On or about April 16, 2022,  the employer, Merino Construction, exposed its employees to falls greater than 6 feet while conducting sheathing operations.
