29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.  a)	On or about May 03, 2022: Flexible cords were being used as a permanent wiring source for the heat trace lines in the pre-Cip area in #2 Steel producing area. The employer did not ensure that employees working in the pre-Cip area were protected from electrical shock and other electrical hazards.   b)	On or about May 03, 2022: Flexible cords were being used as a permanent wiring source for computers, printers, and other electronic devices in the Slap yard office. The employer did not ensure that employees working in the Slap yard office were protected from electrical shock and other electrical hazards.
