29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about May 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees of Rostro Construction, LLC., were exposed to fall hazards greater than 13 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  Rostro Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573483, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10286 Luneth Dr., Colorado Springs, CO.  Rostro Construction, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588739, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15637 Native Willow Dr, Monument CO.
