NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Second Floor - Employees working on an open deck while preparing the exterior wall panels were not wearing fall protection and were exposed to an approximate fall hazard of  9 feet 9 inches, on or about 05/17/2022.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
