29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) Building Exterior: Employees were exposed to a 13 foot fall while engaged masonry activities from a tubular welded pipe scaffold, without utilizing guard rails or personal fall arrest system, on or about 5/18/22.
