On or about May 24, 2022, in the establishment, the employer failed to develop and implement an Exposure Control Plan in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1) that would describe or include at least the following:       (1)  Determination of different job types which may have occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.  (2)  Determination of schedule and method of implementation for compliance for Hepatitis B Vaccination and Post Exposure Evaluation and follow up and communication of hazards to employees.    (3)  Procedures for evaluation of post exposure incident.  (4)  Procedures for the review of program as needed and at a minimum annually.    Employees were exposed to potentially contaminated laundry and sharps when laundering linens and mops from hospital(s).
